OUR STORY

In 2009, Eileen Enriquez, pastry chef and owner, established Heaven Sent Desserts as a sole proprietorship firm.  It operates out of the Enriquez’ residence in Quezon City.  Heaven Sent Desserts specializes in custom designed and personalized themed cakes and cupcakes for special occasions.


Heaven Sent Desserts started operations with a clear vision to be the leading alternative to commercial cake and dessert shops in Manila.   All products are baked using only the finest and freshest ingredients.  It continues to expand its product line offering new products to their menu regularly.


Eileen’s love for her craft originates from the time she started baking the very things that she loves to eat, such as pastries, cakes and brownies, bestsellers taught to her by her own grandmother, Tita Cora.  She then decided to pursue this passion of hers several years after graduating from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in BS Tourism.  Even after taking short courses in baking during her summer breaks, Eileen eventually attended formal school and took up a one-year course in Baking and Pastry Arts at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) in 2007 under the tutelage of Chef Ernie Babaran.
